The goals and objectives set by leaders should be specific and measurable. Therefore, managers must have a clear idea about the purpose of the organization and how to achieve these objectives.
Respect Gives Rise to Respect
The concept of leadership also implies that leaders must show respect and honor to their people. This behavior is essential as people respect those who are respectful and polite to them. Leaders who exhibit such behaviors are the most respected. These leaders are the ones who lead by example.
Keep Workers on Task
